Working through "the inner game of skiing" by Timothy Gallwey again in preparation for some coach education stuff later in the summer. 
It's not really about skiing. It's coaching, skill acquisition ans sports psychology in an adventure sports context. It was quite a big deal when first published and is still really relevant.
