Garden Flora

The theme for today's Abstract Thursday hosted by Ingeborg is flora.  This is a picture of the iris in our front garden.

Three weeks ago I mentioned in my journal that I had managed to secure a Tesco delivery slot. Well today was the day and we had a week's worth of shopping delivered to the front door by whom I can only describe as a key worker.  A big thank you to all food delivery people, that includes Tom and Rachel,who have been keeping us supplied over the last three weeks.

I went for my usual walk this afternoon.  I'm getting quite skilled at avoiding other pedestrians;  today my issue was with a dad and two sons, all riding bikes, heading towards me on the pavement and nearly being run over from behind by a small girl and her father both of whom were on scooters.
