there have been lots of beautiful blue skies outside since I’ve been in hospital. they look even more glorious from in here. a hard day today, maybe the hardest yet. sometimes you wonder how you’ll cope in difficult situations and when they come round, it turns out you’ve no option but to. surrounded by kindness and love though which helps.
