Building stopped

Work stopped on this, the replacement for the local Community Center, a couple of weeks back - this is the first time we've been round that way in the late afternoon when the site gets full sun from the west. It had been on schedule to complete early next year. Now, like so many other things, we don't know when that might happen.  HillviewCC tag shows the previous incarnation and the building work in progress
