After how I felt yesterday I decided my mental health needed a change so I broke the rules of my isolation. I have been 42 days on my own seeing nobody. As my food cupboards were quiet bare I decided that I would drive to Ullapool for some shopping. So armed with a special mask and gloves off I went. A beautiful sunny day and very quiet roads it was a pleasure to be out driving. The shop was well prepared with gloves and cleaning material for you to clean your trolley and control of the number of people allowed in the shop. It was quite an experience.
