Day 29: Nor-west Morning....

We are still on Alert Level Four of the Nationwide Lockdown.. Getting used to it now but we have to avoid becoming blasé and breaking the rules. The good news was that there were only three new cases of Covid-19. The sad news was hearing of two more deaths, again of elderly folk. A total of 16 deaths now. Walking with Maisie along the Taylor River this early this morning I saw what I thought was mist in the distance. It turned out to be smoke from the nearby timber works. Apparently a heap of sawdust and bark had heated up and then self-ignited and exuded smoke. All was well after being sorted by the fire brigade. A bit of excitement after an otherwise quiet day.
