Lockdown evenings

Today was a much better day, thankfully. Work was far more productive and I was even able to finish a little bit early and head out into the sunshine on my bike which is a sure fire way to lift the spirits. I took a new route today and went to Condover for the very first time (Shropshire folk - I know, this is shameful). Such a pretty little village and I'll definitely be back again soon. I'm still amazed at all this incredible weather - especially when I get messages from Kristi in Niagara to say that it's snowing and reaching -7.

After dinner I popped for a little walk around the block, delighted again in the beautiful evening sunshine, and practically ran home so that I could make it home for the Clap for our Carers. It's only when I was a couple of minutes away from home - in a hot and sweaty mess - that I realised it was only Wednesday.
