Making a Run for It!

This morning I had my Flu injection at my GP's John came with me for a ride. Seeing my GP is in the New Brighton area, we took a walk along the beach before heading home. There were a few people around enjoying the wonderful sea air and sunshine. By the time we got home the sun despaired and it was rather gloomy. It was great to get out into the fresh sea air for a while. First walk for sometime and I felt better after it.
