Heavy Hand Luggage

Oslo and Copenhagen airports have these cute little carts for hand luggage which I thought was a good idea as my bag was pretty heavy. We need to introduce them over here. I did think that hand luggage was getting bigger and bigger, I'm sure not much of it would fit in those little baskets they have a check in to make sure it is the right size, maybe that is why we need these carts?
