First effort
I only made a small 400g loaf such was my lack of confidence. I think I needed to try a bigger loaf. It has a proper sourdough taste but it was a bit less airy inside than I’d hoped for. Better luck next time.
It looks like it’s got a slightly unhappy ‘self-isolation’ face my Dad suggested. That really made me laugh, he’s right. If it wasn’t for the lockdown I’d never have had time to experiment with this new skill*
I use the term skill lightly
