Through the gate

I walked the dog, went to the supermarket, washed our winter duvet in the outdoor launderette (eventually, after changing supermarkets and driving to the next town after the first wasn't taking credit cards, then got stuck in the machine with an error code. Eventually I got the duvet out and drove home. Had lunch, mowed half the lawn and gave up as Mr F was too tired to help me tip the grass into the compost container!
Today's Blip is through the gate to the left of our house, with the double Wisteria tumbling down, Elvis behind the gate, and the tall flower to the left, the echium, is the plant we were given at my son's wedding venue, in Strangford NI as it was seeding itself there. Whether it likes our climate we will soon find out as it's a bit different here, but it's just about to flower!
