Don't want to adult

Today I gave in to it. Some days it's ok to not feel ok; to cry in bed and sigh in the garden drinking tea. It means nothing more than your brain and body need to acknowledge grief, sadness, tiredness or whatever it is. It is 100% healthy regardless of what others my think or say. For them, your emotions can be frightening, sad or uncomfortable. The trick is never to be embarrassed or to fear your emotions but to embrace them
