Basking

The little clematis is basking in the afternoon sun. It doesn’t have the usual vigorous growth of a clematis Montana because it is on a cold wall, but every year it faithfully produces a few little pink flowers. It usually is a Blipfoto subject - I can’t resist it.
There was an appeal on our local Facebook page for sheets and duvet covers that would be made into face masks, scrubs etc. So I turned out the airing cupboard and was able to donate a sizeable pile of sheets. I left them on my doorstep and they were duly collected.
