LD 30 Anticipation (in moderation)

Yesterday I blipped a carpet of wood sorrel which adds a zing to salads, in moderation.

This little  sloe flower will also, in time, make a great contribution to something else which needs to be taken in moderation.    Wolfie is particularly good at making it, or her father is, and I always anticipate a little bottle  from her at Christmas.    

But we do make it ourselves too as we have some blackthorn bushes.
