Blue moon

I was quietly starting my morning (I need two cups of tea before I am even halfway approaching human) when I noticed the rather large and bright moon. It wasn't going to be my blip, but the weather wasn't fab today and the photos I took with my (today willing) model were pants.

Today was day 1 for no. 1 son's Praktikum (2 weeks of work experience), he's not impressed, says he'd rather have been in school it was so dull. We rather think that's part of the idea, get the 'know it all' 15 year olds to experience life at the sharp end so that they can appreciate the need for a good education. The trouble is it's going to be damn hard shifting him out of bed tomorrow morning!
