Dutchman's Breeches

We had some interesting weather here on the farm today.  Thunder and lightning, rain,  hale and strong winds. The sun came out after lunch but it was still windy and cold.
The wildflowers are in bloom. It just makes you happy to see all the wonderful colors, shapes and sizes! 
Being here on the farm you would never know the world is in such turmoil. The disease has not made a big show here. People know about it from the news. We are so spread out and the population is so small it has not found it's way up in these ridges. I hope it will remain like that. WV has very few cases in the whole state. The last I heard was around 800 cases. That may have increased since we arrived on Sunday. We have kept our distance from everyone and have to self quarantine for 14 days. We brought everything we need and plan to do just that. As always be safe and keep your chin up!
