Apple fans... (Day 37)

More of the same... but not much activity...

Sunny (with the usual chilly wind - getting very tired of it!). But we were able to sit out in the front garden with Robert when he came home with Archie. They’d been up to the top of the hill, and he seemed somewhat surprised that it was even windier up there!

While JR and Archie had a walk around the Meadows in the afternoon, I spent a pleasant hour or so fiddling around with my iPad, Adobe Fresco and my Apple Pencil. The cheap ear pods I bought a month or so ago have both given up the ghost! They refuse to connect to our phones, and I’ve tried all the tricks - ‘forgetting this device’, switching off etc. We have realised that we both use the ear pods a LOT now, so it was good to have a ‘trial’ with the cheapo ones, so in a weak moment, I ordered some Apple ones. They’re a horrendous price, but as JR says, we use them, we need them and we’re not going on any holidays for quite some time, so I didn’t need much persuading. JR uses them for her running/jogging app. And music while you’re walking is motivational. The other day when we walked into town we had one earpod each, but it worked well, as we could still chat.

I see Amazon are giving free access to their ebooks and Audible for the lockdown. I’ve downloaded a book, but await the new earpods. Maybe tomorrow...
