Into the woods!

If you go down to the woods today...

I was in for a big surprise! Following a new footpath off Sunny Vale took me to the site of Sunny Buncers. This was an extremely popular park when opened in 1880 as a pleasure garden, often attracting 100,000 people! It had attractions including a miniature railway, two boating lakes, a skating rink, swings and a maze. You'd never believe it now!!

The 38 children in school today had great fun designing a t-shirt for the PE with Joe homework. We're going to send all our entries in!
