me and my 85 year old pal betty watched as some guys in full anti-virus suits took someone into a&e this afternoon. kept us busy for 20 minutes anyway. betty is so lovely, very deaf but we communicate when we need to and wave to each other every morning. I happily helped her with her iPad too...it wasn’t her, it was the dodgy wifi.

on to a regular diet now which is ace. I can have anything which is amazing.
