Just another day

Yoga stretches, shower, work on reports and syllabii and policies. A nice little WhatsApp chat with a friend from home. She was sorry she hadn’t replied yesterday. It was an unhappy Easter as she couldn’t spend it with elderly parents. We’ve agreed to chat this weekend.
Went to one of the two of my least favourite supermarkets because I was sure they sold SIM cards. I’m still on my Kw8 number but it means I’m restricted to wifi which means no contact with my elderly parents, and now the bank after locking myself out of my account. Of course you can have one they said. Where’s your residence card? I don’t have one I replied. They couldn’t give me a sim. But I need it. But they couldn’t. These things can be done at head office, but not in a supermarket. I was unhappy. I pleaded but to no avail. Did my shopping, went home.
Dinner, Netflix - still watching The Crown, bed.
