And They're Off .......

..... chasing some imaginary monster.  I have to reassure Mia sometimes that they are not real.  Some of Isabella's monsters can be quite lurid.

From the time they arrived they wanted to go for a walk.  I gave in at about 9am.  The only trouble with going so early, was that we met more people.  But the bonus was it wasn't so hot.

Back home to play with water and eat ice blocks, and fruit.

They played so well on their own today, that I was able to go and vacuum and sort the washing out.

Alexandra came to pick them up early (her boss gave her some time off).

Which was good as I had to take my husband for a scan.  I sat in the car as I wasn't allowed in.  Everywhere is still very quiet.

Petrol was down to 80c a litre today!!
