Envoy House Main Post Office

My first ever blip a year ago was this post box. A year later, it has had a lick of blue paint, the pansies have been replaced with stocks. Guernsey Postal rates have increased, and new legislation (abolition of LVCR) has been brought in, requiring 20% VAT to be paid on all packets sent to UK with the exception of books (and gifts under £40). This has been bad news for anyone running a business selling stuff. Many people have lost their jobs as businesses have closed or moved away.
