Waste Not...

Baking again today. There’s always a bit of pastry left over after I’ve made a flan case, so I decided to sprinkle it with some cheese and add a few roasted peppers which were lurking in the cupboard. Cut up into strips when cool, it should make a nice nibble to go with a G&T this evening :)
