Day 26: The Symbol

Maisie and I were out walking from 6.am in the dark. We took a former route to the downtown sections of the Taylor River. Here Maisie is silhouetted against the river water. The green kinetic sculpture outside the ASB Theatre on the riverbank is called “Spring Seedling”. To me it is a symbol of hope for a happier Covid-19 - free spring to come in New Zealand. Next Tuesday at midnight we move to Alert Level Three for two weeks.....We are moving in a positive direction. Kia Kaha.
