Today we cruised the Mekong Delta and the simplicity and efficiency of the people was incredible to watch. Who could be considered poor in such a naturally rich landscape?

Rice: rice wine (snake optional), rice corn (popcorn), rice paper, rice chips - reminiscent of Bubba's list of all you can do with shrimp... Nothing goes to waste.
