Hills

Today we got permission from the police to go up into the hills not far from our house. We've not been in our car or out of our neighbourhood for nearly 5 weeks now so it felt rather weird. The lockdown really doesn't seem to be working, there were so many people out and about which makes me nervous. There's no planned get out of the lockdown, just a we've had enough of this let's not bother any more. We need to plan what we'll do and not do which is hard when there's so much pressure to see people and very limited understanding of the science.

The gov has now announced the most elaborate and ridiculous ceremonies to celebrate the 'defeat of corona' this week. It's staggering and makes me mad!

The hills were beautiful though and I did enjoy chatting to ladies face to face, I've missed that.
