Walk around the pleasance

It was nice being cooler had a lovely walk around the pleasance the bluebells were out in force, it was so lovely to see them

Been reading about chase woods where the pheasants and hens live, the woodlands were established around the castle, not many of them are left now, but I love this one, you can feel it’s ancient spirit
