Reverse, double back somersault with pike...

Went to feed the ducks at Meriden duck pond early this morning. There seemed to be hundreds of birds there (mostly mallards) all waiting to be fed and so a wild stampede occurred as I turned up with a bag of bread cubes. Anyway, after the feeding frenzy, things started to settle down again and I was going to take a photo of my old friend the goose when I spotted this fellow exercising his wings. I clicked and hoped for the best. In this picture he definitely looks like he's about to do a 'Tom Daley' and dive backwards into the water, so he wins today: Muscovy hybrid 1: Goose 0.
