Relaxing walk
She had always been a driven woman and it wasn’t a surprise that the diagnosis was stress. The prescription was relaxation, meditation and mindfulness. After the initial shock, she decided that if relaxation was the treatment that she needed, then she was going to relax harder than any woman had ever relaxed. Her gentle strolls went on for thirty kilometres, she meditated so intensely that she transcended to a higher state of consciousness in her first week and she coloured in her mindfulness colouring book so hard that the felt-tip pens scratched through to the page below.
