Australia Day - the highlight of the cultural calendar.

Very disappointed to still be unwell- I'd been looking forward to photographing bogans running around the streets in their underpants and with a flag fluttering out behind as a cape a la superhero.

It's a sight which is simultaneously highly entertaining and highly disturbing.

Had a brief foray to the corner shop, so I've settled for a blip of the pub's attractions for the day. I did have another photo - one I liked - but decided it was open to misinterpretation and ditched it to avoid any potential issues from the Politically Correct Brigade. And I've ditched the political ranting I initially indulged in- addressing Australia Day politics is probably not the best idea when you're feeling sick and grumpy, I decided!
