Date Scones

One of my sisters and her 3 adult children are great home cooks. Recently, they have taken to sending photos of their efforts to each other, and include Jill and I in their posts. Home made Hot Cross Buns, Easter eggs, cinnamon rolls, steamed pork buns, different kinds of bread have all featured from their kitchens around NZ. Today I have just made some date scones- so that has been my only contribution. Think I’m missing date scones from Florence’s Cafe where my photography group meets each week. We will all be rolling out of lockdown!
