Sparkly Aggie

This is the first agapanthus to grow in my garden. It was a long time coming, but now is finally here!

I know it's sad to get so excited about a flower, but I love my garden and I love agapanthus, so there!

A busy first day in my new job. Got a phone call part way through the day, asking me to do a family portrait some time this week. I'm getting one a week at the moment, which is a manageable number.

I started the day feeling pretty overwhelmed, but soon settled down. My department are simply lovely people, and I'm looking forward to working with them.

Home for a rather warm walk with JL, Rae and the dogs. Fortunately no rolling in nasty things tonight, so no wash for Cousteau. Yay.
