Lockdown - peaceful

Headed early into town for weekend shopping.  Sainsbury's, thank goodness and at last are limiting numbers entering.  It's not a tiny metro style or a superstore but the aisles aren't meant for pandemic distancing. The last time I shopped 3 adult members of one family were drifting here and there.  New policy is one person per household.
Getting to know the market stallholders as a different sort of regular and have more banter than before including contact on social media.
Walked by the river which normally is busy with tourists hiring punts or being chauffeured in them.  I can't deny the river was very serene.
It is sad for cafes and shops to be empty, especially the smaller ones.
