A single rose

I wonder what the story is behind this rose carefully placed on a bench on a small slope overlooking the Cuilc.

It struck me as poignant, especially given the present circumstances . I find it hard to get head round the figures and to remember that each number represents an individual who has sadly died, leaving behind family & friends who too will be grieving. 

The extra shows Pitlochry High Street deserted at 8pm on a Saturday night.
