Another day, another butterfly...

... quite useful on a rather overcast day.

This orange tip butterfly was quite co-operative for long enough for me to photograph it with its wings closed and, in the extra, with its wings open,

The latter shot was useful to identify it as a female, because it doesn't have the orange wing tips of the male.
