I'm having a bit of an overcome-by-inertia-and-staring-blankly-at-the-screen sort of day today, but at least I got out for a walk. I think I might have used all my energy shouting through the window at a woman throwing litter in my front garden as she walked her dog past the house. I don't think she took any notice, but I couldn't find it when I went out later so I think her son (who did look at me as though I was the madwoman in the attic) may have nipped back and taken it away.
