Coriander and Olive Ciabatta

Down to my last packet of bread mix, so decided to jazz it up with a dollop of coriander pesto and some chopped black olives. Help should be on the way in the form of a bread making machine to do some of the heavy lifting - in the mean time, I shall have to roll up my sleeves and get kneading!
