When's It My Turn?

Today we made an apple and sultana cake.  And they took it in turn to stir the cake.

After initially saying it would 'taste disgusting,' and it looks 'like peanut butter', when they were stirring it.  The actually enjoyed it a lot, when they ate it.

It has been a very long day, and a very hot one too.

But thank goodness for puzzles and work books, which Isabella consumes in no time at all.

We also spent a lot of time outside playing with water, and having tea parties.

Isabella was the Mummy and Mia and I were babies!  They thought it was hilarious when I pretended to have a tantrum, and refused to do something.

Mia and I went for a walk to feed the ducks.  Isabella didn't want to come, and stayed behind to do puzzles with Grandpa.

It was nice to get out.  We saw no-one and it was very quiet.
