Common European Toads

I think these are Common European toads but if anyone knows any different please let me know.
After many hours sat in front of the computer, I went up to Frience lake again and was delighted to watch these toads (mating?) for a good 20 mins. Things got out of hand for awhile when others joined in the fun. Have a guess and see how many toads were in the extra photo. Lots of frog spawn around too. (See extra).
