Bread
So.....if you have been paying attention you will know I finally sourced some yeast a week ago, taken me a while but finally got round to baking a loaf last evening, FB and Insta followers will be all too aware.
It was so nice to eat decent bread after 3 weeks of shop bought dough. Slightly darker and redder colour is due to a teaspoon or two of red pesto, makes a difference. Sun dried tomato in oil is also highly recommended as an addition, takes bread to a new level.
