RIP to a Leeds United Legend.
Pansies to express our sadness at the death of Norman Hunter.
A very sad day for all Leeds United fans.
Today Norman lost his fight with Covid - 19.
Aged 76, he was one of the great Don Revie team of the 1960/1970s. and one of Mr C’s heroes.
He was voted the Ist ever Player’s Player of the Year.
Will be sadly missed by all the fans, and everyone who knew him, and of course his family.
RIP Norman.
The pansies are from the garden, and I always plant two pots with Leeds United colours.
The name Pansy comes from the French
pensee ( thought.
Since ancient times this flower a symbol of remembrance. Also symbolises nostalgia pansies express our sadness.
So a very appropriate flower for today’s
Flower Friday.
Remember to take care, stay safe, and keep smiling.
