Mini

Like others during lock down, for some reason I've taken to baking.

These are wholemeal rolls, enhanced with ale, made into mini loaves.

Lovely they were too. With homemade tomato and orzo soup.

Our achievements of the day: finished the jigsaw, went out another run, invented an elderflower mojito (ran out of sugar syrup, used St. Germain instead).
