Afternoon Tea

A lovely afternoon enjoying my best attempt at an afternoon tea with what food I had in and a good old natter with a good old friend.


Grateful for...

An earlier rise and a blissfully peaceful hour in the sun getting my vitamin D exposure.

Exercise and praise in one- Made a new discovery in my morning workout... Body Praise. 4 press-ups, jump up and a hallelujah. My only criticism is I don’t believe burpees are of God and should not be included!

The NHS and key workers. So fortunate to be able to stay home and safe. I was all set to go out with the pots and pans this week but my reserved side took over at the last second. Then someone set off fireworks and I felt a fool for leaving my pots and pans in the kitchen. Next week!
