Kindness

Still clearing rubble from the wall border but beginning to see progress. Weeding and planting: a Black Iris chrysograph called ‘Just around Midnight and a geranium called ‘Springtime’. Whilst I was watering the new yew hedge this evening my neighbour pulled up and asked if she could get us anything from the garage. Five minutes later I heard my name and a friend was waving at me from the gate. She drove off having left these lovely tulips. The lockdown is beginning to make me weepy and such kindness and thoughtfulness just goes to my heart.
