Blurs-day

I think it's Thursday..... who knows?

I ordered this cup for Lucy almost two weeks ago for Easter, but it arrived today and I couldn't wait to wrap it and take it round to her.

I got a bit of school work done today and it was cloudy and even a bit chilly for most of it.

About 4pm a few drops of rain came and we couldn't decide whether to walk or not! In the end we went to Lucy's to give her her present through the window, and she seemed a little perplexed but equally delighted, especially when she discovered the straw. It has glitter and hearts inside that float when you tip it upside down. 

She said to her mum tonight when she had her cup of milk in her regular cup " will daddy bring my other cup up?"... no Lou, not at bedtime! Job well done me thinks!

Three more weeks of this. We'd better see an exit strategy soon.... this is getting ridiculous.
