Something else I've never seen before. It is situated just off the path alongside the Kirkham bypass. I don't know what it is, or what it was used for. There's isn't an  information board or anything like that. It's a mystery. 

4.5 mile walk today - along the bypass and back through the fields on the public footpath. 

4 mile run yesterday. 

Update: Just realised it is numbered 42. According to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, 42 is the answer to life the universe and everything. It's getting weird around here.
