Focaccia

Enjoyed another leisurely day today. One more day of our Easter break and then back to work on Monday.
Thechimp was a birthday boy so we dropped off a card (social distancing was fully observed) on our way to Bonnington Farm for eggs.
Mr P has been using his time off to cook new dishes and to perfect his bread baking.
I have to say he has mastered his focaccia. Delicious but not so good for my ever expanding waistline!
