A Splash of Colour
Today's Blip was meant to be a very morose image of a deer skull hanging from a branch that caught my eye on today's walk.
I practiced my new focus-stacking technique and processed it in mono.
It was dark and threatening.
It fitted my general mood today...
Then, it was 8pm.
Time to go onto the street and make some noise.
Eldest son took his snare drum and cymbals out, middle son his bodhràn.
Next door had a digeridoo.
The wee lass across the road had a pot on her head at one point and was giving it laldy with a ladle!
My dark mood lifted a little as I clapped and listened to the village make itself heard across the loch.
It doesn't take much to realign your thoughts when bigger things are at play.
