Plump around the middle!

My daughter shared this with me today, I knew you’d like it ;0) she said do you think Rafe has put on weight? Ooh I thought he has, it’s been a few weeks since lockdown what has he been eating, everything in sight! ;0) then I enlarged the photo and realised his tummy looked a bit lumpy ;0) can you guess why?
