Different Photos...!

A small Banana Bread....from my vegan cookbook..I’m not overly impressed but I think that’s my own fault ..it’s a bit heavy textured because I didn’t leave it in the oven long enough..!
And the parsley is in my neighbors garden ...it’s amazing ..this photo doesn’t do justice to showing the size it actually is..it’s huge and from just a €1.99 plant from Tesco...and she has very kindly told me to come in and take as much as I want whenever....I use an awful lot of Parsley...as I can’t stand Coriander so use parsley in its place always...
Now I sowed 3 parsley plants myself that absolutely refuse to grow..!!! At least nothing more than a few straggly little bits so I’m grateful to have access to this...!
